Balls , Jumpropes, and other Playground Equipment Needed

I teach a diverse population of Kindergarten students in a San Francisco public school. Approximately 65% of the student body receives free or reduced-price lunch, and half of my students are English Language Learners. We are in desperate need of some play equipment for our school yard. My school has 3 Kindergarten classes; 2 English Development classes and 1 Chinese Bilingual class. We have one play structure for our school which has approximately 400 students, K-5, and the Kindergarten students only get to use the structure 15 minutes a day during our first recess. We have 3 recesses throughout the day, and during the last two recesses, the students are running around with broken jump ropes, and deflated or damaged balls. I would like to get some new durable jump ropes and other playground equipment, such as hula hoops, jump rope twists, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and other playground equipment for the students to play with during recess, especially since spring is approaching.
Each recess I find the students running around aimlessly, and getting into accidents with one another or just having nothing to do because we don't have appropriate toys/equipments for them to use during their recess. Getting durable and proper equipment would not only benefit the Kindergarten students, but other students who share the same recess with the Kindergarten classes. I would like the students to be able to play with something than with nothing.
