This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my future students and their families will most likely be facing financial hardships next school year. This project will provide my students with essential supplies for in-person learning such as pencils, highlighters, paper, erasers, scissors, glue, and crayons. These items will equip my students for a successful school year. The dry erase markers and erasers will be used for guided practice and quick checks for understanding. My students LOVE to participate in hands-on learning! I hope to use these items to encourage a fun and inviting learning environment. My goal is to eliminate the stress of not having supplies for my students, so that they may focus on learning!
