Help me give my students what they need to succeed! The vocabulary cards, See-me particption, Crazy Aaron’s Putty will be used during an intervention block where I will be able to meet kids where they are at and provide instruction to help them succeed!
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My 5th graders are full of life and eager to learn! They come to school each day with a can-do attitude and are determined to not only be the best 5th grade class in Missouri, but the best 5th grade class in the nation!
My students face challenges head on and never back down.
Growing up in the inner city has presented my students with challenges. They have had to face and overcome obstacles most of America's population may never encounter. They are resilient and hardworking. They persevere with grit and a gracious attitude. They exemplify every part of our school's motto, "Work hard. Be nice." and inspire me to the absolute best teacher I can be!
My Project
The vocabulary cards, See-me particption, Crazy Aaron’s Putty will be used as intervention tools. I will be using them in small group instruction during an intervention block, students can select them for "if you finish early work" during class, and I can assign them for homework at home.
These tools will allow me to meet my students where they are at and provide instruction in the specific areas they need to succeed!
Thank you for taking the time to look at our project and fun the minds of my students. I am very excited to implement these tools and see the impact it has on their data and lives!
