My Students

Welcome to the FES Train, where a lack of supplies causes chest pain! Don't get me wrong; our school is the best, and in the lives of our students our teachers invest. I teach my students that learning is power and I do all I can every little hour.

In my class I teach mostly reading and always make sure my students are succeeding!

But there are many things that can stress students out, from learning a language to personal doubt. My job isn't only to show them and teach. I let them know all the goals they can reach. With your donation there is no doubt, the best in my students you will help me bring out!

I teach two classes of marvelous students. They are a hard working bunch and really do their best. This year I am teaching the EFL classes (Extended Foreign Language). Many are ESOL students which means their first language is not English. They soar with hands-on activities and movement! We are a Gold Designated STEAM School. I try to incorporate technology to enrich my students.

My Project

In my class there are a few things we do a lot of. We make a lot of charts and we are constantly punching holes in papers to put into our binders. We have several different binders and spend too much time on hole punching. It would ease the time it takes to get each page punched individually. We punch holes on a daily basis. There are many reasons. Our daily bellringers all go in a binder. Our bi weekly data and our goals go in our data binder. We also use the post it pads a lot. We often work in groups and move around to create. Sometimes the information that we come up with goes on a chart that is displayed for future reference.

Basic supplies help our daily routines run smoothly.

They help students move around and are able to do things in a different way. Being independent is a big part of being in a third grade class. These supplies will help them be independent as they will ensure the students are able to independently use the hole puncher for any items that need to be put in a binder.
