My students need a refill of basic supplies such as colored pencilsand erasers as well as a crayon sharpener and pencil sharpener! What we don't finish using this year, will be put to use next year.

My Students

My students come into my classroom with a wide variety of experiences. The students come from high property, low socioeconomic backgrounds. We work hard every day to push ourselves to become better people. One way I focus on this, is by giving them as many experiences as possible. This may be through books, virtual field trips or hands-on activities. This allows them to grow their experiences as quickly as possible. They are truly an amazing group of children. It’s wonderful to watch their worlds grow every day.

My Project

We are needing to restock our basic supplies. My students love having crayons for the hands-on project they create. Part of the excitement of coloring is having a sharp crayon. The sharpener will help provide this. We were lucky to have a huge donation of crayons made to our room, and boy do the kids love them!

My students enjoy using these luxuries as often as we can.

We use colored pencils every day, this is a plus because it allows the kids to develop fine motor skills and gives them another medium to be creative with. We have worn our way through several colored pencils and two sharpeners this year!
