Help me give my students the opportunity to be as successful as possible in their writing and social studies classes by providing the pencils , erasers, and markers needed for class projects.
I teach fifth-grade students at an elementary school in a rural area of the Appalachian region in Northeastern Kentucky. Most of my students struggle to overcome poverty, and a three-quarters of them qualify for free and reduced lunch. In addition, I have students with special needs, who deal with learning challenges daily. These students are kind, helpful, and considerate children, that require extra assistance to succeed. My students have so much potential, and I enjoy watching them grow and learn in the classroom. I want to provide these children with the basic supplies they need to make academic gains in life and in the classroom.
My Project
My students need pencils, erasers, markers, and other supplies to enhance their writing skills, social studies knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and social skills. Our children need to practice writing, enhance their content knowledge, and improve cooperation abilities. Your donation will provide these students the hands-on materials that they need to be successful.
