This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are an energetic and hardworking group of children who are motivated to do their best.
I teach an energetic and motivated kindergarten class. My students are extremely sweet and deserve the best! Although we are an inner city school, I want my students to have access to the same materials, programs, and experiences that students in the suburbs have in their schools. My students come to school each day eager to read and learn! Please help these lovable little learners.
My Project
We need some back to school basics to start the school year. We need pencils for everyday work, clip boards to write while sitting on the floor, and dry erase materials to make learning more engaging and fun. We need stools or flexible seating, and stamps for motivation and encouragement. Of course tissues and hand wipes are a must in kindergarten to keep ourself germ free!
