My students are a dynamic group. Every morning they come to school enthusiastic about learning. They get excited to see each other, work together, and be successful.
My students always are looking for ways to help others.
Whether it is helping another student with a math prob lem, listening to a piece of writing, or standing up for someone being teased, they are always looking out for one another. Their commitment to fairness and equality through acceptance and perseverance is very inspiring.
Back to school and back to the basics. My students are ready for a new school year and in need of new supplies. The Ticonderoga pencils will offer them the chance to showcase their thinking as mathematicians, while the Post-it easel pads will help us co-create anchor charts to set classroom expectations and display our learning proudly.
The glue, markers, and scissors will set my students up for success as mathematicians, readers, authors, illustrators, and artists this school year.
My fifth graders love to share their learning with others. And, the Expo markers provide an easy way to help them demonstrate their learning during a lesson.
