My 3, 4, and 5-year-old students are a part of a low-income educational program located in Wyoming County, PA. Our program gives them the opportunity to get a jump-start and develop a love of learning early on.
My students are full of curiosity and love to explore and learn through hands-on activities.
They are a motivated, thoughtful group and this year will be an adventure for all of us. We are back and forth between in-person and virtual this year. I want to make sure if we return to full virtual they have everything they need at home to help them succeed. My students make teaching a joy and are the reason I love my job!
My Project
These materials will help replenish what my students are running out of at home. At the beginning of the year, each child received a box of school supplies. Now that we have been in school for a few months, they need new materials to replace the ones they used.
These supplies will help my students continue their success with our virtual learning.
They will be able to continue to complete our lessons and have the boxes will give them a place to store all of their materials.
