Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is an S.E.I. dual strand, elementary school in East Boston. Most of my precious first graders are from economically disadvantaged homes in this wonderfully diverse community. My students are mostly English Language Learners who have varying needs. All of my students are energetic and loving and fill my heart with love every day!

My students strive to do their best and challenge each other to excel.

Their enthusiasm for school is infectious and teaching them is a joyful experience!

My Project

After only thirty three days my students have carefully and consistently used up there beginning of the year pencil and glue sticks supply. I was very excited to find red pencils which will match our new caddies and tables. Please help supply us with our new set of pencils and glue sticks which we use daily for multiple purposes! With your assistance we will have the basic supplies we will need to continue our hard work in all subject areas for the entire school year. Imagine all the work we are going to be able to get done from now until June!
