My Students

I am very proud of how well our students overcame so many obstacles this past school year due to Hurricane Harvey! They were all troopers who adjusted very well! This coming school year, I will have a new group of special bobcats! My class will be made up of about 22 special third graders. It will be so exciting to be back on our elementary campus after being relocated last year to the junior high.

Our students and staff are thrilled to be back on our elementary campus!

We have kept positive attitudes and made tremendous progress academically this past school year in spite of all these obstacles. I am looking forward to another wonderful school year of positive growth for our campus, staff, and students.

My Project

My classroom needs a storage cabinet in order to store student supplies, math centers, and manipulatives. We are lacking storage due to the reconstruction of our school. I have lots of boxes of materials that are very beneficial for my students, but no where to store them. Students will miss out on being able to utilize these materials if they have to remain stored in boxes.

Students need a well-organized area to utilize during center time.

This will certainly make a positive impact on their learning. Students greatly benefit from utilizing materials for group work/center time. In order to have these materials, we need proper storage.
