Back 2 Basics: Supplies for At-Home And Online Learning
Help me give my students basic supplies many don't have for their learning at home. Once back at school, communal supplies will not be allowed, but these can be utilized both at home & in school.

My students are a kind and supportive bunch.
We have spent our entire year, so far, doing Distance Learning, hoping we can go back to school at some point this year to see each other face to face. Because of these difficult times, it is hard to get supplies to our students.
My Project
We are currently completely online for school. Many students don't have basic supplies like paper or pencils at home. Mechanical pencils will be useful for students who don't have a pencil sharpener at home. When we come back to school, they will have their own personal pencil that won't need to be sharpened everyday, limiting a touchpoint in the classroom.
Most of these items will be utilized for both at-home learning and for when we finally come back to our in-person classroom.
Every kid loves a whiteboard; it motivates. The use of whiteboards on Zoom will allow me to better see student work, especially in math. The whiteboards can also be utilized once we are back at school. The spiral notebooks are a great way for students to keep their notes in math and their writing pieces in one place. They also give kids a break from the computer. The notebooks can then be brought back to school for continued use.
Students will no longer be able to share supplies when we get back into the classroom. The pencil boxes will be how they keep their personal supplies organized in their desks, and they can be easily sanitized.
