Help me give my students a laptop, tv and webcam, for the ability to enhance their hands-on learning experience and stay safe dunning social distancing.

My Students

My students are inner city kids that are involved in a career technical education program. They will learn the vocational skills needed for a career in the automotive trade. Most of my students are looking for collage alternatives. A career In the fast evolving and technical automotive field will provide inner city students with a solid, well paying job, and life long independence.

My Project

This technology equipment will be used to help enhance hands on learning in the auto shop. My class room extends into the auto shop for hands-on learning. Due to social distancing all students will not be able to get up close to hands-on work. I plan on brining the hands-on view up lose to the students.

Using a big screen television, video camera and computer all students will be able to view live automotive shop hand on presentation and be able to keep social distancing.

This will be a great visual aid for ELL students and students with learning disabilities.
