My Students

Technology plays an important role in education, unfortunately my autistic students do not have access to most of the technology available due to lack of equipment in our schools.

As an exceptional education teacher, I have students with varying disabilities which range from Autism, Dyslexia and Down Syndrome among other serious disabilities which affect the learning of my students.

My students always come to school with a smile and eager to learn new things.

My Project

With an iPad, my students will be able to access many ebooks and other materials that are available for download from our current reading curriculum. Theses electronic stories come to life in a way that accommodate to the learning style of many of the students in my class.

My students will benefit in so many ways from an iPad in the classroom.

The visual aspect of this technology will have great impact in the way they grasp many concepts along with the ability to have three dimensional figures for teaching math concepts will benefit them tremendously.
