Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Currently, I am teaching my students through an online platform. I create videos for my students in which I dance, read and say hello to them. I miss my students so much and I cannot wait time be back in our class!
My Project
My students would benefit from virtual learning with these high affect puppets! These puppets also make sounds and can be used as a stimulus change during video session! Literacy is very important in my class and these felt stories can provide a fun way to retell stories! I teach young learners and in order to maintain their attention, my lessons need to be fun and bright! I can’t wait to see their happy faces when they see their puppets through a screen. Thank you for making this possible for them!
