Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students love learning and need to continue their education outside of school, so they can make up for what they have missed! They are inquisitive, engaged, and self-motivated but they need resources. These students want to keep learning!
During our stay at home school time, all of our students need to continue learning!
My students need quality materials to continue the opportunity to learn at home! My students want to engage in learning to be sure they finish this year's material and to ensure they are ready to start next year.
My Project
These are unusual times and we are coming up with unusual solutions to keep our students engaged and learning! This project will give each student a quality math workbook that will help them fill in math gaps and prepare for next year. It will also give each student STEM kits to engage them in an engineering design challenge! The STEM kits might be small, but the impact will be huge! Not only will our students know that we care about them, but they will also get some quality materials to help them continue their learning.
