My Students

My students are a creative bunch of kiddos, who enjoy fun, exciting, creative, unique, and "out-of-the-box" ways of learning! They are a very enthusiastic and involved group of children who demonstrate their learning in very creative ways. They are also a very smart but busy group and are constantly excited to learn and always want to learn new things. However, their busy bodies get in the way, and they sometimes have a hard time keeping their self-control. They love being able to apply their learning technologically.

My Project

Using the ESGI online assessment tool, the time it takes to assess students will decrease dramatically and the results will provide parents/guardians with useful result information and materials to bridge the gap between home and school connections. After testing, the website will develop a “snapshot” of their child’s scoring as well as flash cards to develop and enhance their progress further. This is extremely important as it is sometimes difficult to get parents the materials they need that are personalized to their particular child. With this assessment tool, those materials will be at the teacher’s and parent’s fingertips within seconds.
