This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are here because they are loved and ready to learn! Our class is full of 27 fun loving, energetic scholars who try their best to be the best. They give their best daily to receive the best life possible for their future. They understand that the world needs them to succeed. I love guiding them through the process of learning. The students are engaged in learning and are excited to learn. A vital part of their learning this year is respect for others and being responsible.

My Project

Our students don't have a space of their own for their things. These seat sacks will make them more responsible and keep our class tidy. The students are learning to be responsible for their items. They need a place to keep their supplies, data tracking folders, journals, and portfolios. Our room is full to the max and having seats sacks will free up more space for movement. It will also cut down on classroom clutter. The transitions between subjects will run much smoother as well. We need help meeting the goal of becoming more responsible in our class this year.
