Help me give my students paint, paint brushes, a drying rack, and art smocks so that my students can express their artists talent and creativity.

My kindergarten students are incredible in every way. Kindergarten is such an exciting group of mixed interests, abilities, and goals. Some of my students are learning to read, write, and count, while some of their classmates are learning to imitate sounds or hold a pencil. Our students attend an inner-city public school where approximately 90% live below the poverty line. We spend a lot of time doing hands-on learning.
All of our students receive a free or reduced-price lunch and participate in the backpack program on the weekends.
This does not stop our students from coming to school and showing their love for learning. We love to explore everything around us, both inside and outside of the classroom. We love to show what we know and learn in a hands-on way.
Painting with young children helps stimulate their creative development. Many children enjoy painting as a means to freely express themselves and develop their creativity. Painting is a way for different types of children to express themselves in their own way. Painting also helps children use their senses, express emotion, explore color, and create aesthetically pleasing works and experiences. When children are offered art activities not only are children’s large and small muscle development at work, but their eye-hand coordination is as well. Students using paint brushes helps children practice the fine motor control that they will need for writing development.
My students are young artists looking to express their creativity through painting.
My students need various colors of paint and paintbrushes to explore their artistic development and to enhance their learning. The paint and paint brushes will allow for my students to make different art projects to support our monthly themes and curriculum content. The paint and paint brushes will also be used for the art center in our classroom. The students will have access to the paint and paint brushes in the art center every day during center rotations.
Painting with your learners often times can be really messy. The Vinyl Paint Aprons will be very beneficial in keeping the student’s clothes clean. Not only will the Vinyl Paint Aprons keep my student’s clothes clean, but they are easily washable. Once my student’s masterpieces have been created, the Tabletop Drying Rack will be a perfect place for the art work to dry. Having the Tabletop Drying Rack will allow for my student’s art work to dry quickly.
