My scholars are very creative and inquisitive learners who find it easier to process information through art. They enjoy using a variety of tools and participating in hands-on activities that consider their needs and address their different learning styles. When challenged to learn, these scholars rise through using materials that allows them to work hands-on. Our scholars have shown themselves to being able to learn best when they express themselves creatively through creating project-based units. Our students are encouraging as they design models and prototypes that detail their ability to learn. The ability to show off their creativity through self-expression is a gift our scholars model daily.
The “Tiger” scholars are lovable students who meet every challenge set before them.
Education is important to our students and the community embraces this attitude through mentoring our students. Parents, teachers and all school staff take special interest in the academic, social and emotional development of the “Tiger” scholars. Our scholars are loved and highly favored by all and the students feel free to ask for support when support is needed. Our school philosophy is “We are a family that shares, learn, and grow together.”
The Circuit EasyPress and supplies will be great tools for our projects! My scholars need a Circuit Easy Press, Vinyl paper and supplies to use for T-shirts, bulletin boards, posters, anchor charts, art projects. They will be inspiring and inviting for the classroom environment for all scholars where they feel valued and loved. This will give scholars a chance to create, invent, explore and discover using a variety of tools and materials. The Circuit EasyPress, and supplies, will help support a positive classroom environment that nurtures creatively and considers the various learning styles and meet the needs of all scholars. Our scholars get excited when they can touch or hold something they have created or designed and printed. The funding for this project will provide my scholars the chance to bring their designs to life.
Through developing and creating their own designs, students will correlate their classroom experiences into a setting that allows them to illustrate their findings through the creation of an authentic artifact.
Students will benefit from using the EasyPress through utilizing their prior knowledge, creating hands-on projects and bringing to life their own unique and original designs.
