Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an advocate for exposing ALL students to the visual arts, it is common for me to use my own personal finances to fund supplies for my students. Despite my VERY limited budget, I will continue to fundraise so that my students can experience meaningful opportunities with as many different art materials.

Nearly all my students are from low-income households and most have never used a paintbrush before.

Your donation will help give a variety of materials to these students from polymer clay to watercolors. My students LOVE the clay unit as they get to explore techniques of making clay objects such as animals and food items.
