My classroom is a place of challenge and discovery. Students spend the year learning the foundation skills they will need as they move forward in their elementary education and throughout their lives. My students are 3rd graders in Utah.
They are excited to explore the world through hands-on exploration to expand their capacity for critical thinking.
It is important for me to help them learn to take pride in their efforts and be willing to challenge their minds for the sake of learning.
My Project
My students need art supplies to help them to create original works of art. I love to integrate their science, math, and language arts with art to help to my students be creative. I will use play doh to help create what we are writing about, paints to work on illustrations, and pastels to learning blending techniques.
My students will be able to extend their learning with these supplies.
They will discover how creativity opens new worlds and creates a more engaging learning environment. These supplies will make learning fun and can show students talents that might be missed otherwise.
