This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
My students are so creative and love to explore new materials. They have been asking to try out ceramics this year! I have also had a few students express interest in knitting.
I want to get these materials, such as markers, paint, clay, and yarn, so that my students can learn about some new artistic techniques in the spring.
I am so excited to get our hands dirty and see how my students are able to be creative with these new projects in the new year.
Yarn is one of my absolute favorite materials so it would be so fun to get to share that with my students.
