My Students

During these difficult times, my young TK students have been affected tremendously due to the closure of our school. Currently, we are adapting to distance learning by using platforms such as Google Classroom, Class Dojo, Amplified Reading, and other platforms that are being added as this school closure continues. My students are using the platforms that they can access from home during what ever hours their parents can help with schoolwork.

Equally important to their academic development, my students need to continue developing their skills in Art, Science, STEAM and Social Emotional Development.

Due to their young age, my student need age appropriate and engaging activities to help them continue their learning process at home. They also need a variety of activities to help give them choices since they cannot be exposed to too much screen time.

Many of my students are having a difficult time completing assignments due to technical issues such as internet connection and device malfunction. My students love learning and together we are finding ways to meet their educational needs during this difficult time for everyone.

My Project

During this difficult time, my young children are spending most of their days indoor with limited activities to help them develop their science education. My students and their families are doing the best they can, but they need more art resources to help them continue exploring their creative side. Aside from screen time and online activities, my young learners still need to have hands- on fun learning materials to keep them engaged and excited about learning.

Children have a natural curiosity that encourages them to explore and learn about science.

Exploration is a main factor in helping students learn from first hand experiences and it helps children become more confident with their own decisions. This Science experiment book and science building set will keep my students engaged and motivated to to explore.

Thank you for considering our distance learning projects and your kind support.
