My Students

I am a teacher in a low-income/high-poverty school district. My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. I have several students who struggle with learning disabilities. I am looking to provide my students with a creative and meaningful learning experience.

My students are creative, and they love to learn.

They need materials that suit their variety of learning differences. We all know differently and require a variety of materials to do so. We will truly appreciate any help provided with funding for this project.

My Project

I plan to get my students moving by playing a game with these atlases. I want to use them in the gym and the students will create hints and move around the gym to find the state in the hint. My students will be learning and being active at the same time.

Making learning fun is a must for students.

A lot of students don't know their states and this is a fun way for them to learn them and be active at the same time. Thank you for your help.
