Help me give my students graphic novels of classics, novelizations of movies, and a variety of books especially for middle school boys to re-engage their interests. We also study The Hobbit, and there are lots of guides.

My Project

My students have severe trouble sparking excitement for reading outside of their phones. The pandemic really cranked up the phone addiction, and these books are here to make reading fun again.

Many of these books are novelizations of movies, behind-the-scenes concept art, and lots of brand new titles that kids have never seen in the traditional library system.

I also believe that they can get back to loving reading, I just need to find the books that they click with. My English Learners especially will enjoy the illustrated and graphic novels, especially the Hobbit ones tied to our textbook.
