My Students

My students are engaged, eager to learn more, and full of questions. They have thrived with both hands-on, active, technology based, and engaging projects that challenge them and allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to push themselves, take chances in order to grow both personally and academically.

These students have taught me what it means to be resilient.

They have been through so much through the pandemic and have shown up and taught me what it means to be resilient and push through the tough times.

Each student in my classroom is their own person. Each person is their own individual and learn in different ways. No matter how they learn they love learning. They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn each day.

My Project

The product I am requesting for this project will help teach my students in ways that they would not otherwise get in a standard classroom. This Apple TV product will allow students be able to quickly present research they have found with the class without having to either email the information to me, or print it out on their own time.

When students are given the opportunity to learn through technology I feel I am helping them prepare for the future.

Technology is very present in todays day and age. Learning often occurs through technology. There are several apps available on this product that will provide learning opportunities to everyone when they are in the classroom. These apps create an engaging environment and give everyone the opportunity to participate and learn.

When students are able to see things visually that gives the diverse learners I teach another opportunity to understand the information in a new way. For example. We can show pictures of the body's skeleton and muscles, but there are apps available that you are able to see it in a more realistic view. That visualization that is available through this product is what I am hoping to provide to my classes.
