My students need these iPod Touches daily in their math and science stations. The use of technology will keep students engaged and on task on a daily basis.
My students are an incredible group of smart and caring students who are willing to take a challenge. Every day they overcome obstacles, and work their hardest to succeed in the classroom. Our classroom is a place where everyone feels comfortable being themselves and taking risks. I love working with my students because my students work hard and want to be successful in whatever they are learning.
Each day is a new day of learning so I try to provide new opportunities for my students to learn.
We learn from each other each and every day. Every student is unique and special and they make me strive every day to be the best teacher and person I can possibly be, because they deserve the absolute best from me.
My Project
My students are in need of 2 iPod Touches to support their learning in math and science. Students will use these iPod Touches to increase their learning in math and science through interactive activities and hands-on websites provided on the electronic devices. Students will be excited to have an opportunity to be exposed to new technology at school.
The iPod technology will encourage student independence in the classroom, and will help them take charge of their learning.
Student independence will allow students to remediate on concepts when needed, research on concepts, and will be able to focus on material that we are currently working on. This gets students excited to learn and succeed, which allows success to occur at the end.
