We need some technology aides to get us back up to date! We also need visual aides to help us discover the world of calculus.
My students are fantastic!
They are all college-bound students, and many of them plan to enter into STEM fields of study. They are at the top of their class, and they are involved in many activities in the school. All of them play sports, play in the band, act in the plays, and participate in clubs. They are eager to learn new things and face challenges.
My Project
Having a printer will allow students to print assignments in the classroom. The external hard drive will allow us to save all of the many resources in one place with a lower risk of losing those files. The individual white boards allow students to work problems and easily correct mistakes while sitting at their desk. These also allow students to write questions, suggestions, and comments and hold them up for the class to read. The gridded whiteboard allows students to draw graphs on the whiteboard with more accuracy. The bookshelf will act as a better shelf than the floor to house the many books we use in class to aide in learning. Calculators do not work unless they are powered by batteries. Having extra batteries in the class provides students with batteries when the ones in their calculator stop working.
With these many supplies for the classroom this donation helps students in many different ways.
These supplies will be used on a daily basis and will impact students in more ways than one.
