My Students

My 5th-grade class is awesome and curious. Not only is there a wide mix of personalities in my class, but all the students also have very different learning needs and interests. Sometimes I feel like it is hard to reach each of my individual students. That is why I try to meet the interests of each personality whenever possible. When my students have time to learn and pursue their interests, learning skyrockets!

I want to provide "a-ha" moments for my students that draw them to learning.

Learning allows students to travel, relax, and experience amazing things. I want to provide different learning experiences to help students so that they can find a world of their own through their education.

My Project

In my classroom, we are constantly trying to involve real world technology that students will be able to incorporate and use the rest of their lives. With an iPad Pro my students will not only have some of the newest technology but will also be able to use the apps and resources to help them better their lives. With the resources from the app store students will be able to explore and practice healthy lifestyles.

An iPad Pro will help students track and monitor their growth in their health.

We will be able to see how their times and numbers have improved through out the second half of the year. We will also be able to see where their nutrition is coming from. There are so many apps that the students can use to help them track their personal data.

Also, there are times when students are going through a rough time and need a break from the stress in their daily lives. An iPad Pro will help student be able to escape and get rid of their worries for a while. Once again, in the app store their are many different apps that can help students. These apps range from games to physical movement involving yoga. Students will be able to use these different apps to help them relax.
