Help me give my students effective instruction by upgrading my classroom document camera to the IPEVO V4K which will provide clear images. The IPA book will enable me to remediate crucial phonological skills with fresh materials.
My students attend an urban Title I school. They are all part of regular third and fourth grade classes and have been identified as having a learning disability and/or attention deficit disorder which make learning, especially learning to read, very difficult.
My students are reading one to two years below grade level.
As their special education teacher, I provide intensive instruction in decoding and my students do make progress. In spite of the progress that they make, most of my students remain below grade level.
The IPEVO document camera will enable me to upgrade the projected images and text I use to teach students in all curriculum areas. My current school provided camera provides a less than ideal image, especially for students who are already struggling with reading and attention.
The Moats book for Intensive Phonemic Awareness remediation will provide new material for me to use as I instruct my students in the crucial underlying skills that so many of them lack and which must be improved so that they can develop and use phonic skills to decode unknown words.
