My Students

Students at our school love to learn, and having fun while learning is a bonus. Elementary school is a time when kids are figuring out who they are, and how to best represent themselves to others.

This year our school was abruptly shut down due to structural facilities needing costly improvements.

Our whole building- students, staff members, full classrooms, and all of our supplies, were moved into another district school. We now need some basic items such as an easel and chart paper to get us through our daily lessons.

My Project

My students need an easel with chart paper. Our current easel is not that safe- it is made out of wood, does not move about the classroom, and has closed or fallen on occasion. We need a new, kid-friendly easel on caster wheels.

The lessons that I teach on a daily basis, including word work, math, writing, and reading, all have anchor charts that support the learning intentions and success criteria.

I need an easel that can move around the classroom, has locking wheels, a white board, and hooks for chart paper. Bins beneath to capture all of our supplies would be helpful as well. This is a basic item that would truly benefit my students.
