As a teacher in a rural, low-income community, I want to give my third-grade students the best possible learning environment! I have many students that wonder. They wonder if mom or dad will be home, where their next meal will be coming from, will they have utilities. These are all questions that children do not need to have on their minds.
Most do not have access to the internet at home and only get to experience this at school.
My students thrive to learn! I want their "wonder" questions to be "I wonder how this works!" or "I wonder how I can make this better?" or "I wonder if I can be this when I grow up!"

My Project
My students need games and activities that focus on math, reading and creating. They will be able to explore using iPads during their Learning Center time. Our students will use these materials in conjunction with OSMO. The OSMOs attaches to iPads and gives students the ability to explore through building, drawing, counting, reading, and coding!
Your generous donation to our project will improve my 3rd grade classroom by building stronger explorers in areas such as reading, math, drawing, and problem-solving.
This will change my students' lives for the better. They will love school and feel success at an early age --- having fun while learning!
