Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Technology paves the way to a brighter tomorrow! The students in my class would love to have the opportunity to play educational games on our classroom ipads!
My students are bright and energetic kids who love to learn through technology!
Many of the students in my classroom come from homes in which they do not have access to computers or tablets. Their eyes light up like it's Christmas any time a package arrives from Donor's Choose!
My Project
I know that students learn best when they are interested in what is being presented to them. We all know that there are so many apps available that engage children with graphics and animation and inspire children to learn. We are trying to build our technology resources in our classroom so that the students will be able to use ipads during small group centers. In order to accomplish this we need more ipads as well as cases to protect them.
By donating to our project you will be helping not only the 32 students in my classroom this year, but also students for many years to come.
I want my students to have the same access to technology that other students may have available to them at home.
