Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Are an enjoyable enthusiastic group of kindergarten children who love to learn. They are clever, caring, and funny individuals who deserve access to high-quality books, supplies, and resources.

They are a fantastic class to teach and I am learning from them daily!

They are motivated to succeed and their favorite motto is “We can do hard things”. They show me every day what effort can do by motivating each other to be the best they can be! I need to give them the tools they need to access technology to ensure they succeed in our Title One School!

My Project

Your donation to this project will put Amazon Fire 7 tablets back in the hands of my kindergarten students waiting for technology for their learning center. This will enable them to gain academic skills during center time and share in learning experiences with their classmates. We are navigating uncharted waters and your support will make a world of difference to my students. We sacrificed our tablets for virtual learning during this pandemic and unsure if and how they will be returned to us. Thank you for believing in public education!
