My California public school students are 3rd graders who possess a wide range of math abilities.
By differentiating the math program with games and activities, the needs of ALL students will be met, allowing me to work individually with small groups of students.
My Project
My students need dice, fraction puzzles, bingo games, hands-on manipulatives, multiplication learning games, game buzzers, graphing puzzles and calculators that will support our math workshop. Opportunities will abound for problem solving and collaboration, skills that are essential for our future business leaders. But most importantly, math becomes FUN once again instead of a dreaded pencil and paper activity, devoid of challenge.
