My Students

A quote I live by and teach my students comes from Plato when he said "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle."

To put it simply, my students are amazing.

They come from all over the city to attend one of the best high schools in the state. I volunteer my time after school to sponsor an Art Club. These dedicated, hardworking, truly inspirational students are in need of supplies for our campaign.

My Project

My amazing Art Club wants to continue our Artist for Anti-Bullying Campaign. We are requesting paper that we can print temporary tattoos on. My Art Club will design a tattoo that symbolizes unity and strength and use the special paper to 'tattoo' their fellow classmates. In a school of over 4,200 students, we feel that our campaign will make a difference.

Bullying occurs not only in school, but outside as well.

Funding this project will have a profound impact on my students. But it won't stop there -- the artwork that they will make will also have a positive influence on the community
