My Students

"Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." Our students are creative, dedicated, and passionate young people with dreams of achieving incredible things through music.

In a community where music programs struggle to stay afloat, our kids are a shining example of solidarity through diversity and acceptance.

These inspiring children have overcome a lack of funding, support, and resources. By standing together as what they refer to as a "music family," they have brought awards and recognition to a program that was near the brink of extinction. Help us usher in a new era for our kids and provide them the opportunity to achieve something that could change their lives.

My Project

The alto saxophone is known for its distinct vocal qualities and diversity. Commonly used in jazz and classical settings, the alto saxophone can be used as a solo instrument, accompanying instrument and even an emulation of the string orchestra sound. This instrument, which is at once beautiful and commanding, fills out the interior voices of an ensemble with the joyous color.

Our young musicians work hard day and night to produce quality sounds, and I'd like to provide them with instruments that allow them to experience their potential.

With some of our current alto saxophones damaged, we seek replacement and improvement to push our sound forward and reach new heights.

Every student has a unique voice and sound. This sound is the essence of their identity and the footprint of their soul. Please consider helping me inspire our young people through music to find their sound. Thank you!
