Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

All the fun of Hot Dots! Part learning companion, part magic wand, the Hot Dots Jr. Pen talks, laughs, lights up and even buzzes with excitement as children explore. Designed for little hands, this electronic pen cheers for correct answers and gently redirects children when they answer incorrectly, allowing for independent discovery.

Engages your youngest learners with easy-to-use technology-simply press the pen down on the cards to answer and receive feedback.

Hot Dots will allow independent, self-paced reinforcement and review of key early learning topics is key to helping young mind. In addition, they will provide opportunity for students to prepare for school, or catch up where they need support. These activity card sets provide early learning activities plus an answer key all stored in a handled carrying case. I use these pens in a Literacy and Mathematics Workstation in my Pre-Kindergarten classroom to build on skills learned during whole group instruction! The kids will enjoy the buzzes and noises, and it has built their fine motor skills by having them click on the bubble beside the correct answer. Hot Dots will allow my students to advance their skills in letter recognition, first sound fluency, number recognition, and counting!
