My Students

I have a wonderful diverse group of learners this year! Some of my students are English Language Learners and for some of my students, English is their first language. No matter their backgrounds, my students are hard working, creative, and caring.

Each of my students learns at their own pace, in their own way.

Due to this, I try to keep a variety of tools and manipulatives in the classroom to meet their needs to be successful. Please help me, help them!

My Project

We spend a majority of our day reading in my classroom. My students work hard using various reading strategies.

With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to practice their reading strategies.

They will also be able to choose books that interest them. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. My students love reading, and this project will only help enrich their experiences with reading.
