My Students

My classes are filled with wonderful and compassionate students that are trying to make their school and community a better place for everybody! They attend a small school in a very rural farming community. The students and school are plagued by the poor economics of the area and the continual lessening of funds provided by the state.

Despite these situations, these students want to succeed and need access to more current technology to do so!

I must commend their courage and compassion for learning and try to provide them with what they need.

My Project

With the help of wonderful donors and the Microsoft Corporation, my students now have a brand new Microsoft Surface Go 10 Pentium Gold 4415Y 4GB RAM 64GB EDU Silver but they need the accessories so they can use it.

The Type Cover is the cover and keyboard for entering data while the Docking Station allows the students to turn the Surface go into a PC, will power the unit and has the connection ports for sound and display.

With the pen they can write, erase and make notes on documents or images and by varying the pressure they can control for details in drawing and sketching!

The amount of control these three items will provide the students are only limited by the students creativity!
