My Students
Do you remember anticipating the new school year, excited to go school supply shopping and get everything you need? As they face a brand new school year, my students are beaming with excitement, but also struggle with getting everything they need.
I teach 21 enthusiastic students who are always eager and ready to learn.
They majority of my students speak English as a Second Language (ESOL) and yet my students come to school each day eager to make their dreams happen. They may not always have the material supplies, but they have the heart and hustle to make learning happen everyday in their classroom.
My Project
The requested materials are truly basic supplies that my students need to learn each and every day. The binder supplies will help my students learn organization and be a responsible student as they use "big kid" supplies. The markers, pencils, and erasers are needed for students to record their amazing thinking and help support in growing their brains.
My students are eager to get back into school and show off their thinking to everyone that's willing to listen and watch.
My students are full of energy and don't want to let their challenges be an excuse for why they can't learn. They overcome their challenges and make the impossible happen everyday. Donors like you allow my students to truly make the impossible happen, each and every day!
