Help me give my students volleyballs and a volleyball cart. We currently have a few, but need more in order for each player to have a ball during practice.

Helping build self-esteem and team building skills in my students who want to play volleyball is important to me. I am the Assistant Volleyball Coach and Social Studies teacher at an Alabama middle school. This project will specifically benefit the girls' volleyball team that I help coach.
My student-athletes are inner-city girls who have thus far had few opportunities to participate in team sports.
Many of them are beginners and have never touched a volleyball. It's not introduced to them in elementary school so this is considered their first real team sport. I believe volleyball will be a great outlet for them to escape the troubles in their personal lives, teaching them commitment and discipline.
My student-athletes come from economically disadvantaged homes and neighborhoods where volleyball is not talked about. They've never worn matching team uniforms, traveled on a bus to compete, or participated in team bonding activities. They are deserving children who will greatly benefit from your assistance.
As the assistant coach of our school's volleyball team, it breaks my heart to see that our girls do not have the necessary equipment! My girls often notice the quality and quantity of our equipment when attending other schools for away games and when schools come to our home gym to play. Having decent equipment will help my players feel more confident when competing, and will help us be more productive during practice and competitive during games.
Because we are an economically disadvantaged school, we are not given enough equipment.
We were given some used volleyballs from another school that they no longer used. So we currently have a few, but need more in order for each player just to have a ball during practice. Having enough volleyballs that are decent will make drills and other practice activities much easier and efficient. A ball cart would benefit us with safely storing and transporting our volleyballs. If we had enough equipment for each student-athlete to have access to during practice and games, each girl would have a sense of pride in our program and our team. Despite not having much last year, the girls gave their very best. As a coach, I want to show them that their hard work and positive attitude did not go unnoticed.
