Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are greeted individually as they arrive school. Different play activities are set up for them to learn while having fun!
My students are 3-5 year old children with special needs.
They have different needs and abilities. We work hard to create different activities for our children in order to foster their growth in all developmental areas. Our goal is to support them in every way we can so that they can blossom and develop to their full potentials. A fun, loving and nurturing environment makes school a positive experience for the children, and we are committed to make their first school experiences a positive one and make an impact in their lives.
My Project
My students are going to use the requested materials in different activity centers. I am asking for toys including a busy baby activity tote, a pizza party play kit, and a jack in the box; balancing balls activity game, language materials including storytelling and puppet kits to learn in a fun way. The language materials allow children to learn to communicate while having fun. Science materials give children the opportunity to explore the world of science. Dramatic play toys will foster their imagination, which is crucial for social/emotional and language development. Gross motor activity allows children to practice their gross motor skills.
Donations to this project are going to benefit my students in all areas of early development.
The first five years of a child's life is crucial to early development. With the requested donations i will be able to provide children with many different fun activities that will motivate them to learn.
