AJH Volleyball Queens

My Students

My players are like the leaves on a tree! Their family is the root, their community is like the tree trunk and their peers are like the branches! As a teacher/coaches, we are the water. As time goes by, sometimes the leaves will fall off. As a teacher/coaches, we are there to water and nourish the leaves (players). However, I tell my students/players all the time, you may fall off on the court, but get back up and start over. As a leaf, you may fall off, but as a teacher/coach, I’m going to water you until you sprout back out! My students/players are apart of my family tree.

My Project

The volleyball equipment that I requested will help my players practice at school and practice at home. The other equipment will help us as a team become better prepared for away games. The players will have the opportunity to take a ball home and practice the skills that they worked on in practice. Also, there will be enough balls to give every player so when we practice on individual drills, they will not have to wait on a ball. The material will also help us practice as a team and perform as a team.
