My Students

Our school is on the outskirts of large metropolitan area. My students are an amazing group of fourth and fifth graders from a low income, urban area. My students face some unique challenges because of their situations, and I want to provide them with the supplies and experiences necessary for them to be successful in school and the greater community.

Our district has some very lofty goals that are achievable if students are just given the space, the time, and the materials.

With your help, I can see that my students are college, career, and citizenship ready!

My Project

We have been replacing our old computers with newer ones provided by the school district and the generosity of donors through Donors Choose.

Now we need a cart to store the new computers.

This cart is a reasonable price, will hold our longer laptops, and holds up to 16 computers. It will hold our current new computers with some space for future donations. Some other carts hold shorter laptops, not the longer ones that are over 13 inches long. I have low table on wheels that the cart will fit on perfectly. I would like to get more computers but we don't have a place for them yet, so this cart is the perfect next step.
