My Students

My 2nd grade students are excited about learning! In fact, they are so excited they just can not keep still! We are the inclusion class. My students have many different needs but they all have to same goal: to be the best learners.

The classroom atmosphere has changed so much since you and I were in elementary school.

Every student is different, with different needs. Making sure all their needs are met is challenging, but seeing them succeed is worth it.

My Project

I teach 20 active, energetic second graders who are required to sit still for long periods of time. This is very hard for their active minds and bodies to remain still for so long. They need seating that allows them to move while learning. These bouncy ball chairs will do just that.

These bouncy ball chairs will help my student release some energy when they get tired of sitting still for long periods of time.

I feel these bouncy ball chairs will help increase their attention, help them stay focused, and will make them better learners. They will also make my students very happy to have something more comfortable to sit in than the small, hard plastic chairs they have now.
