My Students

These students have a strong sense of community and support each other by accepting and celebrating each others abilities and strengths. They are a great example of a classroom family. Their sense of community translates into a strong learning team, who encourage each other to take risks and do their best!

These students have shown me that a love of learning is in all children.

I love to watch them learn, grow, and succeed. They are truly an amazing group!

My Project

Active participation for all students is essential when teaching new concepts and when reviewing and re-teaching previously taught material. With these white boards, all students will have a chance to individually express their thinking regardless of ability level. This way, all students feel encouraged to participate, take risks, and share their ideas!

Should we be lucky enough to get our project funded, each student will have a personal white board at their workspace to use throughout their day.

Given the opportunity, these wipe-on, wipe-off boards will be used during math, literacy, and science activities. They will be used by all students in the classroom!
