We would love for students in this urban environment to take interactive Performing and Visual Arts classes during an after school program. Creative and Visual Arts innovative after-school program geared to encouraging students to explore a visual and performing arts curriculum. The curriculum will cover dance, technical elements, theatre, self-esteem empowerment, music workshops, and creative writing. This extended learning time program focuses on holistic student development through project-based learning. The greatest benefit is to motivate student achievement through the arts. During the program, students receive hands on engaging literacy support, and enrichment sessions.
• Students will have a strong focus on independent exploration through enrichment sessions. The participants will be able to choose their sessions.
• The participants will be evaluated by rubric to measure project based outcomes.
• A built in study hall will encourage students to get help in core areas of reading, math, and homework. Including task oriented learning.
In addition, they will work towards a final production in which they will showcase learned material.

We will make the most of the project with the following ideas by students : We will learn how to teach others without getting frustrated. We can also inspire kids to bring out their personality. Children will want to stay back after-school and be free from drama with our friends.
Students will stay after-school and keep away from trouble in the neighborhood. It will be a safe space for us to be ourselves. Many of us can not participate with the sport program due to try-outs. This program will include everyone. The instructors will help to monitor our grades using the progress reports. Many do not like to be in sports they like technology. The students will be in charge and meet once a week.
