Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I teach 64 very energetic, curious and inquisitive second graders! I love the fact that they come to school every day prepared and excited to learn new and different things. Although all of my students receive free breakfast and lunch, they have the potential to be whatever they desire to be!

Sneezing, itchy watery eyes, runny noses, and coughing are daily occurrences in the classroom.

Students are constantly asking, "May I have a Kleenex please?” Therefore we easily go through two to three boxes of tissues or more per week.

With the onset of COVID19 and flu season, it is extremely important that students have access to enough Kleenex to cover their mouths, noses, and watery eyes to prevent the spread of germs.

By donating to this project you will help to keep my students healthy, safe, and germ free with ready access to boxes of Kleenex tissues.
